What changed
Material-appropriate cleaning reduced the visible buildup and left a cleaner, more even, natural-looking finish rather than an artificially greasy shine. Wear, cracking, dye loss, cuts, and permanent damage are not repaired by cleaning.

What customers often mistake for shine
Leather can become glossy as body oils, skin products, dust, and everyday grime accumulate on the surface. That sheen is not always the natural appearance of the material. The before image documents the uneven finish prior to cleaning.
Cleaning without chasing damage
Interior work should respect the material in front of us. Products, agitation, dwell time, and wiping are adjusted to the surface condition instead of using unnecessary aggression. Cleaning can remove contamination, but it cannot replace missing coating, repair cracks, or restore color that has physically worn away.
The result
