Every membership starts with the paid VIP Foundation Detail: $249 for compact, $299 for standard, or $349 for large / 3-row vehicles. Allow about four, five, or six hours respectively. It includes a deeper interior clean of seats, mats, touchpoints, and glass; a paint-safe exterior wash and wheels; iron decontamination and clay where appropriate; six-month spray sealant; and a careful condition assessment. Major paint correction and wet sanding are quoted separately.

No. The VIP Foundation Detail is the required paid first step for one vehicle. An inspection can help us assess its condition and quote additional work, but it does not replace the Foundation Detail or unlock maintenance pricing by itself.

No. After the required paid VIP Foundation Detail, maintenance visits are $119 for compact, $149 for standard, or $179 for large / 3-row vehicles. There is no separate joining fee, automatic charge, or long-term commitment. Pay for each completed visit and arrange each appointment separately.

After your VIP Foundation Detail, plan maintenance every four weeks. Every two weeks is available at the same maintenance price per visit. If more than six weeks pass, we inspect the vehicle again and confirm whether a separately quoted reset is needed before maintenance pricing resumes.

Each maintenance visit includes up to 30 minutes of focused attention for suitable light scuffs, localized swirls, fresh sprinkler mineral deposits, or small spills. We choose a safe approach for the affected surface. This time is part of the maintenance appointment; it is not a promise that every mark can be removed or that paint will be polished at every visit.

Every third completed maintenance visit includes Windshield Rain Defense, normally a $49 add-on, on eligible exterior glass. The VIP Foundation Detail does not count. The benefit is included on your third, sixth, ninth, and subsequent third completed maintenance visits. We confirm the eligible glass treatment with you at that visit.

Deep scratches, wet sanding, widespread swirl correction, and etched water spots are quoted separately; the Foundation Detail does not include automatic major paint correction. Members receive 15% off approved, separately quoted deeper correction. The discount cannot be combined with other offers or bundle savings. Scope, price, and expected improvement are agreed before work begins.

The Foundation Detail, maintenance price, and visit count apply to one vehicle. A second vehicle needs its own paid VIP Foundation Detail and its own maintenance visits.
